Shipping and Return Policy
Standard Shipping Policy We at Precious Pets Emporium want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. Therefore, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or any National Holidays - items will ship on the next business day. In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours depending on the manufacturer. We will e-mail you quickly if any item is on backorder. Currently we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, depending on the manufacturer.
Guarantee: If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Please e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement shipment.
Personalized or Monogramed Items: Personalized or monogramed items received in good condition cannot be returned or credited. If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, you will be required to pay to ship the item back us and to also pay for us to ship the item back to you. Non-defective correct sized or not monogramed merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records), to be eligible for refund.
Please remember that shipping costs not only reflect the price the Shipping Companies charge us, but also the price for all the packing materials used. Certain merchandise requires more interior packing than other merchandise, such as breakable goods. Our Shipping Companies require we package our merchandise per their specifications. Therefore, certain items will be higher price for shipping than others.
The shipping companies for all orders are: USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on which manufacturer used.
USPS Shipping: This shipping method does not offer any tracking number or insurance, unless USPS Priority Mail is used. If a package is lost or stolen using USPS we cannot be responsible for these items and cannot re-ship them without a new order. USPS Priority Mail comes with full tracking in case an item is lost or stolen. This shipping method is used mainly for smaller merchandise.
UPS Shipping: This shipping method comes with full package tracking and insurance included to cover all items up to $100. A signature is required upon receipt of merchandise. If a package is lost or stolen using UPS we can track the item and either retreive it or issue a claim to UPS and re-ship the item to our customer, therefore the customer is always assured of getting their purchase. Please keep in mind that UPS rounds up to the nearest pound so 4oz or 15oz cost the same to ship. Additional insurance is available, please e-mail us if your would like this option. This shipping method is used mainly for larger merchandise.
Returns: 1) All returns require a "Return Authorization Number" which will be provided to you by contacting us at: Support@PreciousPetsEmporium.com. This must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Please save your receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 2) Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged goods per manufacturer. 3) Original shipping cost is NOT refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged goods per manufacturer. 4) If you receive an order that is damaged, you must contact "us" and the shipper within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all damaged packaging and paperwork for processing ALL claims. It is possible that the shipper will want to inspect these materials. All damaged items must be shipped back in their original packaging from the shipping company. 5) Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order to receive proper credit. Please pack carefully. 6) In order for credit to be issued merchandise must be returned in re-sellable condition. 7) Any order cancelled after shipping will be treated as a return and subject to restocking fees per manufacturer.
Placement of an order shall constitute acceptance all of our terms and conditions.
We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, the Return and Warranty Policies per our manufacturers, as some differ in policies, is outlined below:
SHIPPING POLICY “A” 1) All products are covered by a 90-Day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim. Please keep your receipts. The company will repair or replace any defective merchandise under this warranty when it is returned to the factory, freight paid, with a prior Return Authorization Number. 2) Orders will ship in 5-7 days unless back-ordered. 3) All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 4) Ships UPS Ground - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "B" 1) All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. 2) Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. 3) Ships UPS Ground - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "C" 1) We offer full refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition. 2) Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are inclusive as part of the 30 day acceptance period. In order for us to accept returned items, each item must be sealed and in "new" condition. There can be no damage to labels or merchandise. All returned orders must accompanied by a valid receipt or order number. 3) All returns must be shipped with the return order number on label of the package. Returned orders that do not have the return order number on the front of the package will not be accepted. 4) If you receive an order that is damaged we will re-ship your order and immediately and start the claim process. 5) If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, first and foremost we apologize. Please contact us within 30 days of the date of the original order and we will immediately fix the mistake at no cost to you. 6) Ships USPS - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "D" 1) 1 year warranty - If within the first year of ownership, your purchase is found to be defective in parts or workmanship, we will either repair of replace your item at no cost to you. 2) Any returns sent in without first receiving an authorization number may be subject to processing fees. 3) If within 60 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a complete refund minus any applicable shipping charges. Provided that the product is in brand new, unused, and salable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns not meeting this criteria, or that are beyond 60 days will not be accepted. 4) Ships UPS mostly (can ship by other carriers also) and only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "E" 1) Price of all products includes 1 way UPS shipping costs. 2) If product has been opened and you need to return it please e-mail us for instructions. 3) If product is damaged in shipping e-mail us within 24 hours for a new shipment. 4) Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 5) Ships UPS - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "F" 1) If the product is in Brand New and Resalable condition, we will credit your account for the price of the item itself, but will NOT credit for the shipping fees. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to us. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 2) All products are inspected before shipping. If damage does occur, upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped. 3) Ships UPS or USPS Priority Mail - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY"G" 1) Discrepancies or any other problems with your order must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order to receive full credit. 2) Returns due to change of address as well as undeliverable merchandise returns will be subject to reshipping fees. 3) Return of stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 4) Ships FedEx or UPS Ground - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "H" 1) In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). 2) We are so certain that you will be completely satisfied with our wonderful, natural products, that we offer a One Year unconditional money back guarantee. 3) Simply try our products for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 1 year for a complete refund less shipping fees. 4) Please ship any used and unused portions of the products with their original containers, plus your name and invoice or order number, via prepaid USPS. 5) Full refund limited to orders of $200 or less. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee. 6) Ships USPS Mail (with complete tracking) - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "I" 1) Usually ships within 24 hours 2) All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost. 3) Ships USPS Priority Mail or UPS - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "J" 1) Products can only be returned for replacement/exchange or an in-house credit memo towards future orders. A merchandise credit memo less 25% restocking fees shall be issued. There are no cash or credit card refunds. 2) We normally ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. 3) Cancellations must be received within 24 hrs or less, prior to shipment of your order. Requests must be in writing and you will be issued a cancellation number. 4) We stand behind our quality! All our products are guaranteed! If you receive wrong or damaged products please contact us immediately. Additionally, if a product does not perform under conditions for which intended, we will replace it immediately. 5) Ships UPS Ground - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "K" 1) When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order. 2) If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless you request that we not ship back orders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time. 3) If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time. 4) You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped. 5) All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost. 6) Ships UPS or USPS Priority Mail - only within the Continental United States.
SHIPPING POLICY "L" 1) We do not reimburse shipping charges on the original order or to ship the item(s) back. 2) On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return. Also, include the original receipt as proof of purchase. Name and date of purchase are required on all receipts. 3) We do not issue refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 60 days from the original purchase of the product. 4) Ships UPS Ground - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "M" 1) There is a 20% restocking fee for any products returned after 30 days. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded unless it is our fault.
2) The shipping cost is never refunded on a returned item and is not included in the restocking or damaged item fee.
3) Please be sure to put your RMA number, your name, your order number and the purchasing company name on or in the box. 4) Ships UPS or USPS Priority Mail - including Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING POLICY "N"
1) We accept all returns within 30 days of initial order placement. 2) If there is a Manufacturer's defect with ANY item, we will not ship it until we have a New item without any defects. This has only happened on one occation in the past. 3) There is a 10% restocking fee for items over $50. 4) Ships UPS or DHL - only within the Continental United States.
